"Kol" have you ever heard of this word
When someone accept a bet, they say "kol"
What does it really mean (and spell)?

콜 = Call (like in poker) it's a Korean/English word and like you said it's used to accept a bet. Much like the English 'deal' as in 'you've got a deal' or 'your on'.
