You're = you are
You're early today = You are early today
Your= belonging to you= Your hat/your gloves

"Your" is only a possessive pronoun, but you sometimes see it when the writer clearly meant "you're". In this case, it's a mistake, and a pretty embarrassing one!

"Your" is a possessive adjective for second person.

Danke Shon, Clair! Так-то я знаю, но просто удивило, когда в такой форме пишут взрослые, а не только молодежь.

Your - твой. Вместо You are/You're используется исключительно от лени или безграмотности. Чаще всего при наборе с телефона.
