It's just coined term combined アニメ with 道中膝栗毛. There is a literature in Edo era named 東海道中膝栗毛 (Tokaidochu Hizakurige), which is famous for its leading characters, Yaji and Kita. You can check it out on Wiki. Yajikita is so classic that there are many offshoots. I guess the idea that you found it a famous movie is one of them.
