I have a few quesions about the following sentence.
- What does "ill pleasured" mean? Is Codependae feel pleasure or not?
- Did Stasis even deny his infatuation with the maiden?

Answer

"Ill pleased" means unhappy or upset.
Stasis did deny his infatuation, but very briefly. Codependae was upset that he spent more time admiring Sissee than he did denying it.
