真的可以解释为确实，可靠。。、
真正第一可以解释为，事实，正确的某件事或则某个人。第二用作副词，表示非常的肯定。
其实真正也是代表肯定的语气词

You can say "那件事是真的。" but can't say “那件事是真正的。”
You can say "我想要一个真正的老公。" and also “我想要一个真的老公。” The former is more emphatic.
