If it is 「いたらしいわよね？」 then it means: Seems like you were there, right?

An advice. Donn't learn any language in your own language frame. Learn kana, than take the sample sentences, don't do it in reverse. I'm exactly on that stage, but I'm talking from experience of three other languages. If you like, we can practice together.
