Does the sentense "dirty deeds done dirt cheap" make sense after all? It's a title of a famous song by AC/DC. Thanks in advance.

Yes! "Dirty deeds" suggests criminal acts, and "dirt cheap" is an expression meaning very, very cheap (as cheap as dirt). Song aside, it looks like an advertising slogan by a criminal gang.
