what's the difference between "yoghurt" and "yogurt" ?
and can you give me more examples about dairy products ?

There is no difference. The only difference is the spelling of the word. I think "yoghurt" is the older spelling. Nowadays it's simply "yogurt"--at least in America.

It is "yogurt" because "yoghurt" is not a word...
In spelling, however, you spell it "yogurt". In pronunciation, you may pronounce it anyway!
And Jesse's list of dairy products are basically it.
