Surnames
In Korean Hangul, is the way you write the surnames 'Young' or 'Park' the same spelling as how you would write if someone was young or if you went to a park?

no~it just only surname,do not have other meaning.Like Taek-yong Park= 박택용

Nope, they are totally different. Park (surname = 박, noun = 공원); Young (surname = 영, descriptive verb = 어리다).
