What´s diference between "More or Less " and "So so"?

"More or less" means nearly or approximately, implying that it is not exact.
"I'm more or less done with the housework." = I may be finished with the housework, but there may still be a couple of small things to do.
'So-so' = mediocre, lacking in quality. Not horrible or awful, but not excellent either.
"How did you like the movie?"
"It was so-so. It had some good parts, but went on for too long."

James: So so.

James: More or less. (Mona starts to cry.)
