can u explain this sentence? I can feel it, coming in the air tonight. 1.Who is coming in the air, the one who says it, or the thing that is felt? 2. What does come in the air mean, to raise to the air, or to appear or st else?

It's coming in the air. the air has smell, a vibe, a nuance, or something similar, and you can feel it. Actually, it's a figure of speech. It's not really "in the air". It's mostly just a hunch.
