You know, poems very interesting language. And for understanding more important to feel a atmosphere, not to translate. Everyone understands this language differently. And very often an author's version of understanding a poem is absolutely different.
My opinion that in this case "Толкни меня " means that she doesn't dare to take a step to her lover. She is not sure... Her heart tells - go to him, but the mind has another opinion :-) !!! And she asks her lover to help her to make this step. "Толкни меня " - " I'm ready to make a step, but you're the first !!! "
