I've been watching the English Movie "You've Got Mail" , Tom Hanks said “I like Patricia. I LOVE Patricia. Patricia makes COFFEE nervous.” What does the last sentence "Patricia makes COFFEE nervous" mean?

He made a joke. Drinking coffee makes some people edgy or nervous. So if coffee itself could be nervous, then whoever might cause that would be pretty intimidating.
