Es kommt auf den Zusammenhang an.
"Wie ist dein neues Auto?"
"Es ist nicht so doll."
=> Es ist nicht so toll.
doll = toll
"Tut es sehr weh?"
"Es ist nicht so doll."
=> Es tut nicht sehr weh, nur ein bisschen. (Es tut ganz doll weh = Es tut sehr weh.)
doll = sehr
