how to translate this sentence in English???? 我觉得有爱好是好事，但前提是能养活自己，只有先满足最基本的需求。才有精力去发展自己的爱好。所以我会在自己稳定下来之后去做。

How does this sound. May not be perfect but could be a starting point... I think it's good to have hobbies, however the premise should be that you have the means to support yourself. Once the basic needs have been met, then you may have the energy to develop the hobbies. Therefore, I will pursuit my hobbies after I'm more established. Good luck
