中国菜指的是菜，中餐包括很多，比如说汤和主食......中餐包括中国菜。

二者在广义上没有区别，但是中国菜仅仅指的是菜，而中餐包括菜，饭，汤等等的中国食物

中餐，里面有个‘餐’，意思是一顿饭，比较正式，指中国餐里面的一切食物统称
中国菜，比较随意，可以指中餐，也可以仅仅表示为 菜，不是饭，也不是汤
