"I remember you !"

"You had short hair"
= My translation : 너는 머리를 짧은 있었어요

"Now, I have long hair"
= 지금 기르예요

How to answer this question ask by my friend ? "같이 갈가요 ?"
I would like to answer "네 그럽시다" but it's correct for my friend ? Because I see '시'...
And, how to say this in "예요" ?

"I have boyfriend"
= 저는 남자 사람 이에요

"How long time ?"

"From 5 month"
= 부터 오월 (I don't know how finish this sentence)

"그럽시다" not use between friend.

나는 너의 머리가 짧았던 것으로 기억해.

"Now, I have long hair"
지금은 머리가 길다.

"같이 갈가요 ?"
"네 그래요", "네 그럽시다"  it's ok. 
but "그럽시다" use to person old than me.

"I have boyfriend"
저는 남자친구가 있어요.

"How long time ?"
얼마나 오래 되었어?

"From 5 month"
5월 부터
