How does the College work in the USA? How can i apply for an US college, if i'm a foreigner?
I'm brazilian, and i'm curious.

You would need to decide what college you want to attend and then go to their website and research applications for non residents or foreigners. Different colleges will be different. But they all normally accept foreign students.
