It depends on the country:
You can say "Bueno", "De acuerdo", "Vale", "Está bien", incluso el "OK".

Dicen mucho "vale" en España, pero en américa latina "bueno" se dice más.

modo informal: Ah, Ok.
modo formal: ah, de acuerdo.
