How do you say "a lo mejor" in English?

One other way of saying " a lo mejor" in English in addition to what has been written is: Hopefully. Hopefully is used when you want a positive outcome, or to express hope in a certain option: Hopefully the man gave us the right directions to the bus station.

A lo mejor is a bit more colloquial than quizá and tal vez. It does not mean "at the best" as you might suspect, but can usually be translated as "maybe." You should not use the subjunctive with a lo mejor. A lo mejor soy imbécil. Perhaps I'm stupid. There are three things that perhaps you don't know about me. Maybe they are doing us a favor. Stole that from: http://spanish.about.com/od/adverbs/a/maybe.htm

I would say 'maybe,' 'perhaps.'

Ah, I added this as a comment accidentally.
