I think that comma does not fit here. "Ich" (capital I) arbeite gerne im Team "und" (ich) habe Erfahrungen mit Kunden und im Tourismus. (Working in Team and experience with customers are not related, so using a comma or "und" does not look logical. Or make two sentences (but there is lack of transition from one sentence to another): Ich arbeite gerne im Team. Ich habe Erfahrungen mit Kunden und im Tourismus.
