It is a very colloquial way to say "OK" or "Okay". So it means "yes" or "fine" or "I agree".

It means "okay", but it also has the nuance of "no problem".
So you can translate it as either "Okay," or "Okay, no problem." ;)

It's just a rhyming thing. We also say higgledy-piggledy, rumpy-pumpy, hither-thither, wishy-washy, no way Jose, see you later alligator...
