To or with ?
Which one is correct ? What the difference between them ?
1- I want to talk to you ...
2- I want to talk with you ...

Both!
To talk WITH someone suggests a discussion, bi-directional conversation, both people are talking as opposed to a one-way conversation in which one person is telling someone something.
However, many native English speakers also use talk to when referring to a discussion.
