HH = Alle vier Räder haben zwei Bremszylinder. Es gibt zwei Bremskreise, die jeweils alle Räder ansteuern
HT = Nur die zwei Vorderräder haben zwei Bremszylinder. Es gibt einen Bremskreis für alle vier Räder, und einen zweiten Bremskreis für die Vorderräder

I'm sorry. I think it means "brake caliper" or something of this nature. Brems - brake. Kreis - circle. ??? Ask a German-speaker to be sure.

You should definitely ask a German but I think it translates to English something like "brake-failure extension part." "typen" I think just means "guys", so that would just be people who fix this I guess. Is "typ" also a Russian word?

I think maybe it's a redundant system within an automobile brake system that is supposed to prevent a crash if the main braking system fails. Or something similar to that. Maybe just it means "anti-lock brakes".
