I think they are, but to me the phrase sounds very American. It is not one I would use.

typo: "I hate writing a novel so much that I almost never ever want to write one again."

They all have different means and can all be correct.
Sentence 1 means: "I hate writing a novel so much that I almost never ever to write one again."
Sentence 2 means: "I have nearly finished writing a novel." Or "I am nearly completely exhausted writing a novel. (It nearly killed me.)"
Sentence 3 means: "I am nearly losing all interest in or getting completely fed up with this concentrated or over- eating" (either as a job - such as being a food critic - or as a deliberate act/habit of indulgence).
