How would you refer to someone in the second person point of view then? How about for third person point of view? I read that 그녀 isn't really used, but is 그 fine? How else can you refer to someone in the third person point of view? Thank you for your time!

Referring to someone in the second person point of view: Almost all family and kinship terms can be used. ex) 오빠,형,언니,누나,아저씨,아줌마,... and 자네,선배,자기 Referring to someone in the third person point of view: Almost all family and kinship terms can be used with 그 ex) 그 오빠,그 형,그 언니,그 누나,그 아저씨,그 아줌마,.. and 그 얘, 그 사람, 그 여자, 그 남자, 그 친구
