According to vowel harmony, the word гарчээ is wrong.
Is гарчаа a wrong word?
Both гарчээ and гарчаа are correct?

Vowel harmony doesn't apply here:
явжээ, иржээ, гарчээ, таажээ, гуйжээ, хийжээ etc
