Cela dépend du contexte en français. Cette phrase est-elle destinée à une personne malade ou à une personne qui a des sentiments? Pour un personne malade votre phrase est correct. Pour une personne qui a des sentiments on dira plutot "Peu importe ce que vous ressentez"
