I'm afraid the best way to improve your English speaking skills is, well, to speak English. Even if you make a lot of mistakes in the beginning, it doesn't really matter because fluency is something acheived only through practice. In your case, you can find someone who studies Arabic and do language exchange here on italki, or take lessons. Or, if you have a friend who is a native English speaker, you are lucky! You also can write notebook entries so that people can edit your grammar and spelling. This will also be helpful but it is no substitute for speaking practice.

Look for a native English speaker as your language partner. :-)
