I know for deren and dessen but I dont know what does it mean in this context

"Ungeachtet" requires a genitive object. "Dessen" is used as a demonstrative pronoun here, and replaces that object. It refers to whatever was said before.
A literal translation could be "Without regard to this, tourism doesn't have a long history." In a proper translation, you'd just use "regardless", and "dessen" disappears, so that won't help you understand it. :-)
