"To listen to your heart" is not a literal activity :) It means you think about your feelings and what you want. For example, if you feel that a friend is acting strange because they are upset and you decide to talk to them because of this feeling you are "listening to your heart".

I think most of the time i have to follow my heart, cz the heart wants what the heart want.
