Formal sentence: 私は彼女みたいになりたいです!　彼女は私のお手本です。
Informal sentence: 彼女みたいになりたいの!　私のお手本なの!
I guess some people will understand you if you say "ロールモデル(role model)" too. Perhaps you can say ロールモデル instead of saying お手本, and if they ask you the meaning of it, you can tell them that it means "お手本" ;)
