how can I say: How did you feel? or How do you felt?

It's 'How did you feel?' You make past simple questions and negatives with 'did' and the base form of the verb (which is like the present). How did you feel? I didn't feel good Only the affirmative uses the past form ('felt') Did you feel ok? Yes, I felt fine.
