What do you mean by "title?" In France, the Esperanto community has developed names for cities which end in "o" as is standard for nouns in Esperanto. For example, Paris->Parizo. The local community where I live decided our town name is already too long to say with "o" endings, so they abbreviated it to "So-Mo-Ho" :-)
