The gang members of youth were just arrested by the police.
The gang memebrs of youth were sent into the prison.
do are use the words arrest and send...into prison right? and is it natural to say the gang members of youth?

"The gang of youths [has just been arrested] [was arrested a short time ago]"
"The gang of youths was sent to prison"
You can't say "the gang members of youth" You could say the "young gang members" but this would not mean that the whole gang was made up of young people (youths).
