A difficult sentance to understand
"She looked perfect, as always, but the thought of another day at the gym, fanning her face to protect her botox, followed by experimentation with makeup rather than dinner, did not please her today."
Accually, I don't understand what the whole sentance is talking about. I just got that something bad happened on her face, which made her unhappy, and she didn't have dinner that day, instead, try to have a make-up many times? Is that right? And what really happened? And her career is a most famous human doll. What's that?
Thank you!
