I think using Email or What’s app(or We chat) is better if you don’t mind .

The email may be fine after correction. I am thinking why you want to use Whatsapp or Wechat for business. It is infomal. If your listening is not so good, email can be the best choice to avoid misunderstanding.....also it is common way for business.

It is fine except you should write "because " and not "cause" ; that is slang.
