The particles "ле","льо" take part or complement the form in vocative case. They serve as an additional invocation to attract attention of the called person, but also, puts some sense of respect and plead. Nowadays these particles could rarely be found somewhere but in folklore songs, though in the 19th century, I think, they were part of the colloquial speech.
