Speaking of Tianjin ,I'd rather to say that it is a good place for tourism .However,pollution can exist such as haze......so the air quality there is not very good~

it's a good city to work

I don't think Tianjin is a good destination for trip. Tons of other cities are better than it. If you like cities, options are Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou, Xi'an.......... If you like natural scenery, many places in Yunnan, Sichuan, Tibet, Xinjiang....are good choice too.
