still.yet.already Which word fits in here. It's 11 and Mark hasn't ............got up. Still should be placed before hasn't and yet at the end shouldnt they?

It's 11 o'clock and Mark hasn't got up yet It's 11 o'clock and Mark is still sleeping It's still 5 o'clock and Mark has already woke up.

It's 'yet'. 'Yet' can go between the auxiliary and the main verb. It's a rather more formal construction than the one with 'yet' at the end.
