Cómo se dice en español "drink"? Es "bebida"?
In England, if I was getting a colleague a drink I would simply look at them and say "drink?" rather than a more formal "would you like a drink". In Spain, is it common to say "bebida" as a question rather than "algo de beber/tomar?"

The way I would ask my friends if they want to have a drink is: "¿Te apetece tomar algo?" o "¿Tomamos algo?"
"Bebida" does exist but I've never heard anyone referring to a drink as "bebida" in the oral context. If you're talking about alcoholic drinks, we usually refer to them as "copas" so you could also ask "¿Te apetece / quieres una copa?" or simply "¿Una copa?"
Hope that helps a bit!
