How to say with a friend
I would like to say the sentence: I ate lunch with a friend. Would it be something like this?
친구와 함께 식사를 먹었어요.

Because 식사 means "eating meal", 식사를 먹었어요 is unnatural.
친구와 함께 점심식사를 했어요. is good
친구와 함께 점심을 먹었어요. is more natural
