entre amigos tu puedes decir:
"No me conoces", or "No me conoces totalmente"

No me conoces.
Conoces(conocer) is being aware of the existence of something or someone. In this case, "know you".
Sabes(saber) is more like knowledge or being able to do something. Sabes cocinar "you know how to cook" "you're able to cook"
