How do you say that someone is too old (or too young) to do something?

We say わかすぎる(too young) and としをとりすぎている(too old).
Ex.
She is too young to teach. (かのじょ は おしえる に は わかすぎます。)
He is too old to play football / soccer. (かれ は サッカー を する に は とし を とりすぎています。)
*I put "spaces" between the Japanese words to part each words, however, any spaces are needed.)
