En fait, il existe bien un mot pour "hashtag". Il s'agit de "mot-dièse". Mais ce n'est pas vraiment utilisé. In fact there is a word for "hashtag". It's "mot-dièse". source : http://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000026972451

I think that it's the same because words like "selfie" are also the same in French as in English :)
