What is the fastest way to type Cantonese using traditional characters on a Macbook (Snow Leopard)?

Not sure if this would work on a Macbook but it might be worth a try.

I use this:
http://rescomp.stanford.edu/~domingo2/Chinese.html
You type in the jyutping and it gives the traditional characters.
