When I have sentences that start with 'To believe that', 'To opiniate that', 'it is true that', or 'to think that', it is clear that I need to use the subjunctive in my sentence. But when it is ' To not believe that', 'It is not true that', or ' I do not think that', I need to use the indicative in my sentence.
With phrases like 'It is possible that', 'It is probable that', and 'It is impossible that', when I add a no in front of the phrase, does it become indicative or not?

Es probable que ella venga mañana.
No es probable que ella venga mañana. 
Es probable que ella no venga.

En estos casos estoy manteniendo la forma subjuntiva del verbo. ¿Me pudieras decir algunas oraciones en las que uses el indicativo después? Para entender lo que dices.
