What makes "treasury secretary" & "finance minister" differ?
The question is as mentioned above.Which one is the commonly used expression in America?

These two terms mean the same thing, but
In the U.S., we call this person "The Secretary of the Treasury".
I guess it sounds a bit more formal. I hope this helps!
