I've only had sushi and sashimi, but I really want to try many other Japanese foods like Ramen, Udon, hot pot and of course all the others xD

I love japanese food. Hiyashi chuka, batayaki, takoyaki, ramen, moti, gyoza, sashimi, sushi, japanese yakisoba, tempura, tonkatsu, soba, missoshiro, dango, temaki... Are so many things. Everything is soooo good.

Very simple. EVERYTHING.
... Except for some things that I'm quite skeptical about because of what I have heard from other people, i.e., natto.
Now THAT is a controversial food.

Sashimi is my favorite, but I also like gyoza.
