Liquid is not usually in our ears, or coming out of our ears, so there is not a specific term for it. It may be called a "discharge" if there is an infection that is causing a liquid to come from our ears. If, on the other hand, you are asking about the yellow substance in our ears, that is called ear wax. The liquid in our mouth is called spit, or saliva.
